Two new cases of COVID-19 reported today. Increases have been made to the number of people permitted at residential premises. Port Augusta testing site update.
COVID-19 restriction update
From Friday 22 January, the number of people permitted in a residential premises will increase. Up to 200 people will be permitted in residential premises, providing there is an approved COVID safe plan, QR Code and COVID Marshal. The one person per two square metre applies to all gatherings.
Gatherings of up to 50 people at residential premises are still permitted without these additional requirements.
Port Augusta testing site update
From Saturday 23 January, the Port Augusta COVID-19 mobile testing clinic will be changing its operating hours to 9 am to 9pm, seven days. To find other COVID-19 testing locations visit www.sahealth.sa.gov.au/covidtesting
There has been two new cases of COVID-19 today. The cases are a man is his 40s and a woman in her 20s, both who returned from overseas and have been in a medi-hotel since their arrival. Both cases are considered old infections but have been added to our numbers are they were not previously reported overseas.
