There are no new cases of COVID-19 today. There have been a total of 859 cases notified in South Australia.

A woman in her 50s and a woman in her 40s have been admitted to the Royal Adelaide Hospital (RAH) overnight and are in a stable condition. A man in his 80s and a woman in her 80s also remain in the RAH in a stable condition.

While some restrictions have eased, people who have visited an exposure site or have been directed by SA Health to quarantine will need to stay in quarantine for the required period.

  • Fever or chills (in the absence of an alternative illness that explains these symptoms)
  • An acute respiratory infection eg, cough, sore throat, runny nose, or shortness of breath
  • Loss of smell or alteration in the sense of taste
  • Diarrhoea and vomiting.
